In this role, you’ll take full ownership of Amazon accounts-from store setup and optimization to scaling performance and revenue. You’ll manage listings, advertising, and operational best practices while collaborating closely with creatives, marketers, and strategists to ensure every Amazon storefront is built for conversion and long-term growth.\nThis role is ideal for someone who has handled an Amazon store from scratch and understands both the strategic and operational sides of Amazon selling.\nKey Responsibilities\nSet up and manage Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts from the ground up, including listings, brand assets, and store structure.\nCreate, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content) for maximum visibility and conversion.\nPlan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).\nConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and category insights to inform listing and advertising strategies.\nMonitor store performance, sales metrics, and ad KPIs, providing clear reports and actionable recommendations.\nCoordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency across listings and storefronts.\nManage inventory health, pricing strategies, and promotions in alignment with business goals.\nStay up to date with Amazon policies, algorithm updates, and best practices.\nWhat We’re Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon stores (agency or in-house).\nProven experience launching and scaling an Amazon store from scratch.\nStrong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.\nSolid understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and conversion optimization.\nExperience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with performance-driven decision-making.\nAnalytical mindset-comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.\nAbility to manage multiple products or accounts while meeting deadlines.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n Nice to HaveExperience with international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.).\nFamiliarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon analytics platforms.\nKnowledge of e-commerce operations, logistics, and fulfillment (FBA/FBM).\nExperience working with crowdfunding or product-launch brands.\nWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and full remote flexibility\nInternational collaboration with diverse teams\nProfessional autonomy and growth opportunities\nMarketing industry exposure and professional development support\nReady to Apply?\nSubmit your resume and brief cover letter highlighting your Amazon experience through our Jazz HR portal.
