In this role, you will be pivotal in crafting high-performing video advertisements that drive client success on various online platforms. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of video ad creation, from strategic planning and concept development to editing and optimization.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.\nTake a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications.\nReview shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.\nTrim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.\nInput music, dialogues, graphics and effects to elevate production value.\nCreate rough and final cuts while maintaining high standards of quality control.\nEnsure logical sequencing and smooth running across all deliverables.\nConsult with stakeholders from production to post-production process to ensure brand and narrative alignment.\nContinuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.\nPerform ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nA Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus - but what truly matters is what you can build.
