If you are a self-starter, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and enjoy helping customers solve problems, then this is the first step in your career at Steven Label!\nEssential Functions of the role include:\nBuild relationships with customers, understand needs and communicate the role Steven Label can play to support objectives\nRespond to customer inquiries regarding orders in process to maximize customer satisfaction and help the customer service representatives as needed to quickly resolve questions about orders and quotes\nGrow the assigned accounts annually, by a target to be set each year, through account expansion and new business from assigned leads\nReview customer specifications to prepare quotes for the estimator and present the quotes to customers. Follow up to maximize sales and expand the part listing we provide to each customer assigned.\nDevelop custom solutions (engineered or otherwise) to solve customer problems\nDevelop and execute a sales plan for consistent customer outreach (email and phone)\nFacilitate onsite customer meetings as needed\nFollow up on assigned leads to grow the account assignment\nWork with CRM, add sales notes and develop an 18-month pipeline, by customer, for visibility and awareness\nCreate and maintain forecasts for assigned accounts, using customer feedback where available or historical trends\nAbility to travel to customers - estimated 20-30% of the time\nFoster a positive and collaborative team environment. \nMaintain regular and predictable attendance.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred but not required\nA minimum of 3 years of previous sales and customer service experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably within the label or packaging industry.\nSystems orientated with the ability to learn new systems quickly\nExcellent customer service, organization and time management skills\nA proven track record to be forward thinking and solutions oriented \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision\nIntermediate Microsoft Excel abilities required\nReliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.\nAbout Steven Label:\nSteven Label manufactures labels, overlays, membrane switches, sensors, product instructions for use (IFUs) and folding cartons - largely for the medical device industry.
