In this role, you will rewind, inspect, and finish printed labels according to work instructions and ensure all products meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nRewind, inspect, and finish labels per work instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications\nOperate a slitter to cut labels to specified widths and ensure finished products meet quality requirements\nPerform visual inspections of printed labels to identify defects\nMeasure product dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and rulers\nBag and label finished products\nLog product movement and inspection results in the system\nEnsure product quality throughout all stages of production\nExperience with detail part inspection is helpful\nKnowledge of Rotoflex rewinders or other similar rewind equipment is a plus\nPerform additional duties as required\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\n1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or inspection role preferred\nAbility to read and follow work instructions in English\nFamiliarity with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, rulers)\nStrong math and communication skills\nSelf-motivated and dependable\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods\nAbility to work around flashing lights or imagery (photosensitive individuals should use caution)\nAbout Steven Label\nFounded in 1954, Steven Label is a trusted name in the manufacturing of high-quality labels, overlays, membrane switches, sensors, instructions for use (IFUs), and folding cartons-primarily serving the medical device industry.
