divisions\n\nReviewing EDI data for accuracy before releasing verifications to the customer\n\nResponsible for close oversight of all internal activities that impactservice obligations\n\nMaintaining key carrier performance indicators\n\nNavigating all customer requests including those that may come last-minute upon the supply chain delivery timelines\n\nManagement of bookings and provideresolution of delayed pickup/delivery, billing, etc.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\n3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or transportation operations\n\nIntermediate proficiencyin Microsoft Excel functions\n\nAbility to handle high volumes of inbound/outbound email and understanding capacityand network\n\nExtremely organized and communicative multiple stop deliveries.\n\nAbility to perform in a deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nAbility to service multi-million-dollaraccounts, support new and existing sales opportunities\n\nExperts in specific KPI contract details per client and awards\n\nSome familiarity with AS/400 operating system\n\nSKILLS & ABILITIES:\nCritical thinking\n\nRoot cause
