This role coordinates KPI reporting, scorecards, service plans, business reviews, action plans, and account-related commitments while supporting cross-functional communication and timely customer issue resolution. The position works across Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Brokerage, Rail, Pricing, and Analytics to keep owners, deadlines, risks, and decisions organized through completion.\nPlease note this position is on-site at Stevens Transport HQ in Dallas, Tx.\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate customer scorecards, KPIs, service plans, business reviews, and action plans for assigned strategic accounts.\nConsolidate information from Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Brokerage, Rail, Pricing, and Analytics.\nTrack commitments, risks, decisions, owners, deadlines, and follow-up items through completion.\nCoordinate customer escalations and support issues through resolution and closure.\nSupport account implementations, new freight awards, service recovery, retention, and growth opportunities.\nPrepare accurate, concise, decision-ready updates, reports, and PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership.\nProvide administrative support, including KPI tracking, reporting, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, and related follow-up.\nSupport customer relationship-building and respond promptly to time-sensitive customer or service needs.\nMaintain organized project documentation, trackers, and status updates using applicable customer and operational systems.\nParticipate in business travel when aligned with business needs; travel is not mandatory.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum Qualifications\nStrong interpersonal, written, verbal, and customer-facing communication skills.\nDemonstrated responsiveness, ownership, organization, and reliable follow-through.\nAbility to coordinate information and action items across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.\nAbility to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and time-sensitive customer needs.\nWorking proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related reporting tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPractical Excel proficiency \nExperience with KPI tracking, reporting, scorecards, or leadership-ready updates.\nExperience preparing PowerPoint presentations and business-review materials.\nCustomer service, account support, project coordination, or administrative support experience.\nExperience supporting strategically important customer accounts.\nBackground in transportation, logistics, brokerage, pricing, analytics, or
