Treatments\nDeliver a range of massage and body treatments from the Louma spa menu (including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and pregnancy massage) to consistently high standards.\n\nConduct thorough consultations before each treatment, checking for contraindications and tailoring services to guest needs.\n\nAccurately complete consultation forms and treatment records, storing them securely in line with GDPR requirements.\n\nProvide guests with clear aftercare advice and make recommendations for follow-up treatments, products, and experiences.\n\nAdhere to the treatment schedule, ensuring guests are seen on time and all bookings are fulfilled.\n\n2. Spa Guest Experience\nWelcome guests warmly, ensuring they are guided through their full spa journey from arrival to departure.\n\nPromote spa packages, retail products, and the \"Things To Do\" programme where suitable.\n\nHandle guest feedback in a professional manner and promptly escalate concerns to the Spa Supervisor.\n\n3. Treatment Areas & Products\nPrepare, clean, and reset massage huts and treatment rooms between every guest, maintaining a spotless and tranquil environment.\n\nUse and store all oils, products, and equipment according to COSHH, safety data sheets, and spa guidelines.\n\nManage laundry and waste within treatment areas in collaboration with Housekeeping.\n\nReport low stock levels, faulty equipment, or maintenance issues promptly to the Spa Supervisor.\n\n4. Health & Safety\nTake responsibility as a Competent Person in the implementation of Louma Country Hotel’s Health & Safety Policy by following all SOPs and risk assessments.\n\nUphold rigorous standards of hygiene and infection control for every treatment.\n\nBe fully aware of and follow all fire, evacuation, and emergency procedures.\n\n5. Training & Qualifications\nEssential: Level 3 qualification in massage therapy (e.g., VTCT, ITEC, or CIBTAC); valid professional insurance.\n\nDesirable: Certifications in hot stone, aromatherapy, sports or pregnancy massage, facial or beauty qualifications, product house training, and First Aid at Work.\n\nExperience: Previous experience as a massage or spa therapist, ideally in a hotel or luxury spa setting.\n\n6.
