scalability, and performance standards.\n\nThe engineer will own a platform component end-to-end and operate with high accountability in a compact, high-performance team model.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nEnd-to-End Ownership :\n\n- Drive HLD/LLD architecture and technical design.\n\n- Develop scalable REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices.\n\n- Implement secure authentication & authorization (OpenID Connect, OAuth2, JWT).\n\n- Lead performance optimization and production troubleshooting.\n\n- Support SaaS, multi-tenant, and Canary deployment models.\n\n- Own CI/CD integration and production support (RCA, reliability improvements).\n\nAI-Enabled Engineering :\n\n- Expected to operate at measurably higher productivity through disciplined AI-enabled development practices measured via automation coverage, delivery velocity, and defect leakage metrics.\n\n- Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for code generation, refactoring, documentation, and test automation.\n\n- Rapidly prototype and compare design approaches using AI.\n\n- Auto-generate and validate unit/integration tests.\n\n- Apply engineering judgment to validate AI-generated outputs.\n\n- Contribute to responsible AI-assisted development best practices.\n\n- Demonstrate measurable productivity improvements through AI-enabled workflows.\n\nRequired Technical Skills :\n\n- Backend & APIs : Java (JDK17/21), Spring Boot, Microservices, REST / GraphQL, Event-driven systems (Kafka/SQS), Python (automation).\n\n- Security : OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, Secure coding (OWASP).\n\n- Data : Oracle/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis (caching), Cassandra, Data modeling & optimization.\n\n- Cloud & Platform : AWS (EKS/ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3), Docker, Kubernetes.\n\n- DevOps & Observability : CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Terraform/CloudFormation, Blue-Green/Canary deployments, Logging & Monitoring (Splunk/ELK/Grafana), JVM tuning.\n\n- Core Engineering Fundamentals : Strong Data Structures & Algorithms, Concurrency, System Design (HLD/LLD), High-availability design.\n\nAI Tool Proficiency (Mandatory) :\n\n- Demonstrated enterprise experience using AI coding assistants.\n\n- Ability to validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and scalability.\n\n- Experience using AI for architecture exploration, debugging, refactoring, and test
