This is a mobile role across Illinois sites, and the program also offers the potential for full-time employment after graduation.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nFollow and practice biosecurity protocols (shower-in/out, downtime), supported through training.\nLearn and perform wean-to-finish production routines to deliver the highest standard of animal care. Assist with animal movements during testing and trailer loading/unloading.\nBuild an understanding of AcuFast genetic lines and business structure. Learn genetic and quality protocols; participate in on-farm data collection (including ultrasound techniques).\nContribute to continuous improvement efforts within our Quality Management System.
