You will work closely with leadership and collaborate with finance stakeholders across the globe to enable data-driven decision-making.\nMore specifically, you will:\nDrive and enable strategic long-term planning and rolling forecasts for the organization\nDrive and optimize FP&A tools, including Workday/Adaptive Planning, ensuring they meet evolving business needs\nTake ownership of our forecast model - driving its development, adoption, and scalability to meet evolving business needs\nTake ownership of management reporting-developing, structuring, and elevating the reporting process\nPartner with the CFO and senior leadership on finance-related questions and strategic topics\nLead process development for budgeting and forecasting cycles, driving continuous improvement\nThis is your Team\nYou will join our global Finance organization, collaborating closely with the FP&A team, Business Partners, and other key stakeholders.
