Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) / Production worker (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• In Ihrer Funktion arbeiten Sie aktiv bei der Fertigung unserer Produkte (u. a. Wärmepumpen, Speicher) mit und übernehmen je nach Einsatzbereich und Vorkenntnissen die folgenden Aufgaben:
  • Einrichtung, Rüstung und Programmierung von Anlagen und Arbeitsplätzen
  • Auftragsfertigung bzw. Montagetätigkeiten nach Termin- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Bedienung, Wartung und Reparatur von Betriebs- und Fertigungshilfsmitteln
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen wie z.B. Sicht- und Drehmomentüberprüfungen
  • Unternehmensinterne Materialbestellung
  • Mitwirkung an Gruppengesprächen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf
• Spaß an der manuellen Arbeit
• Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3- und 4-Schicht, inkl. Nachtschicht)

Production worker (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• In your function, you will actively participate in the production of our products (including heat pumps etc.) and take on the following tasks depending on the area of application and previous knowledge:
• Setting up, equipping and programming systems and workstations
• Order production or assembly work according to deadlines and quality specifications
• Operation, maintenance and repair of operating and production aids
• Carrying out quality checks such as visual and torque checks
• Internal ordering of materials
• Participation in group discussions and suggestions for improvement

Your profile:

• Completed training in a skilled trade occupation
• Enjoy manual work
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Willingness to work in shifts (3 and 4 shifts, incl. night shift)
