Ihre Aufgaben:

  • In Ihrer Rolle unterstützen Sie das HR Team Vertrieb und Kundendienst im operativen Tagesgeschäft - von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt von Mitarbeitenden
  • Dazu gehört die Erstellung von Korrespondenzen an Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte
  • Darüber hinaus gehört die Anfertigung von Zeugnissen im Haufe Zeugnismanager zu Ihren Aufgaben
  • Nicht zuletzt sind Sie beim Bewerbungsmanagement eine wertvolle Unterstützung und tragen zu einem professionellen und effizienten Recruiting-Prozess bei

Ihr Profil:

  • Bachelor- oder Masterstudium z. B. im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, IBS, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Kundenorientierung, Eigenständigkeit und Sorgfalt
