This position will also participate in special projects.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAdministrative duties as needed such as answering phones, filing, scanning, travel and expense reports, data entry, and scheduling appointments.\nCollection of information needed for performance reports and coordinating the appropriate paperwork and materials for client meetings.\nPerform general clerical duties related to daily branch operation.\nParticipate in special projects for Financial Advisors and for the branch.\nWhat You'll Bring\nAbility to organize large amounts of information and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.\nEffectively collaborate and work as a team with a diverse group of individuals.\nEducation & Experience\nMinimum Required: 1-2 years industry related college coursework\nLicenses & Credentials\nMinimum Required: None\nSystems & Technology\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook\nAbout Stifel\nStifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
