This role will have the opportunity to strengthen design skills and learn about graphic design in a corporate environment.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAssists with the layout and customization of templated requests for branches and other Stifel departments.\nAssists with logo ideation projects as requested - keeping in mind the various applications that a logo could be used in and the goal of the project.\nLearns, understands, and follows the Stifel corporate brand, as well as ability to explain branding requirements and rules to branch and department associates.\nShadows senior design team members to learn more about designing in house for a financial firm.\nAssists with other design related projects as directed.\nServe as an active team member by attending and participating in department and team meetings as necessary.\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal interactions.\nAdaptable, highly organized individual with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects of varying importance with varying deadlines.\nAble to work well with others; strong team player as well as ability to work independently.\nEducation & Experience\nMinimum Required: Enrolled in college with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or Related Field.\nMinimum Required: 1 year of college completed.\nSystems & Technology\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nProficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.\nExperience on iOS using Adobe Creative Cloud.\nAbout Stifel\nStifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
