The PM is required to communicate with both internal departments and third party vendors as needed. Additionally, the PM is responsible for prioritizing projects collaboratively with corporate leadership.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWork closely with business units, technology teams, and entitlements teams to ensure business requirements are met while following best practices.\nEvaluate the firm's current posture and spearhead enhancements to policies, processes, and tools.\nDocument the strategy and capture key milestones as improvements are implemented.\nChampion the program, ensuring that business partners understand the importance of sound practices to support their business initiatives.\nResponsible for monitoring and tracking the progress of all related projects.\nFunction as the liaison between other departments and third party vendors with respect to projects and processes.\nResearch changes and developments within the industry.\nProvide high level decisions with respect to projects and other work related items.\nWhat You'll Bring\nExpertise in information security and identity management best practices.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to make presentations to audiences including senior management.\nExcellent organizational and project management skills.\nAbility to analyze existing capabilities and emerging trends and recommend improvements.\nAbility to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.\nBuild and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external clients.\nEducation & Experience\nMinimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business or technical field\nMinimum Required: 10+ years' related experience in Information Technology\nLicenses & Credentials\nMinimum Required: None\nSystems & Technology\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook\nCompensation Range\nSalary: USD $110,600.00/Yr. - USD $165,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
