You’ll learn how account activity, cash flows, valuations, and investment data come together to produce accurate performance reporting.\nYou’ll use Addepar and other internal systems to review information, research discrepancies, and reconcile activity that affects performance. You’ll work with Financial Advisors, branch associates, and internal teams to research and resolve issues. We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and eager to learn. As your knowledge grows, you’ll take on increasingly complex performance and reporting responsibilities.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAccurately perform job duties as provided by leadership while adhering to departmental procedures and guidelines\nProficiently process, create, and enter data into systems to be utilized by our Financial Advisors and branch staff\nIdentify potential problems or issues and escalate to department leadership if necessary\nDevelop effective communication skills within the department\nProvide timely updates on progression of job responsibilities to leadership\nDemonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team\nConduct support phone calls with field branches\nInteract via email with users of performance reporting systems\nConduct project work to enhance reporting system capabilities\nWhat You'll Bring\nAbility to attain a general understanding of industry rules/regulations and Stifel policies that pertain to the department\nStrong attention to detail skills to minimize risk to the firm\nInitiative and self-direction when performing tasks with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively in order to meet deadlines\nAble to handle large workloads that vary based on heavy volume periods\nAbility to work autonomously throughout the day based on performance criteria provided by leadership\nAbility to use spreadsheets to import data\nEducation & Experience\nMinimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent\nPreferred: Bachelor's Degree\nMinimum Required: 0-2 years' professional business related experience\nSystems & Technology\nProficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office products #LI-AS1\nAbout Stifel\nStifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
