What You'll Be Doing The Operations Associate - Equity Settlements plays an important role in supporting the accurate and timely settlement of equity transactions. In this position, the Associate will gain hands-on experience with the trade settlement lifecycle while monitoring transactions, researching and resolving settlement issues, and coordinating with internal business partners and external financial institutions. This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in brokerage operations, develop problem-solving and analytical skills, and gain exposure to the processes and controls that support the firm’s equity business.
