This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and adherence to operational procedures while contributing to the overall efficiency of the payment operations team.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProcess various payment types (ACH, RTP, etc.) in accordance with established procedures.\nPerform daily reconciliations and assist in identifying discrepancies.\nSupport resolution of payment issues and failed transactions.\nRespond to internal inquiries regarding payment status and procedures.\nAssist in identifying potential fraud or risk and escalate as needed.\nMaintain compliance with NACHA rules, Regulation E, and internal policies.\nParticipate in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration.\nWhat You'll Bring\nUnderstand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.\nUnderstand and comply with all NACHA rules and guidelines.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.\nEffective communication skills both verbal and written.\nAbility to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.\nEducation & Experience\nMinimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent\n\nMinimum Required: No experience required, 1+ years' experience in payment operations preferred.\n\nLicenses & Credentials\nNone\nSystems & Technology\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook\n\nAbout Stifel\nStifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
