Working alongside Platform Strategy Specialists, the Intern assists in project tasks and builds familiarity with Stifel’s investment products, operational processes, compliance policies, and technology infrastructure. The Intern gains exposure to project management, business analysis, and strategic development within the firm.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAssist with day-to-day project tasks related to key firm initiatives, supporting the execution of small and medium-scale projects.\nHelp create and update project documentation, such as plans, schedules, and status reports, under the guidance of senior team members.\nParticipate in business process analysis and data gathering to address business needs, providing recommendations to team leads.\nAttend design review and requirements gathering sessions to learn how to document and resolve project issues.\nCollaborate with team members to understand project requirements and assist in developing design solutions.\nHelp prepare marketing and training materials and support project launch activities to facilitate adoption.\nAssist senior team members in the design and execution of test scripts for new platform features.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBasic problem-solving skills with a willingness to seek guidance and learn from team members.\nAbility to manage time effectively while balancing multiple tasks.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.\nGeneral knowledge or interest in financial services, especially in wealth management and investment products (e.g., securities, stocks, bonds, funds).\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nEducation & Experience\nMinimum Required: Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field, with at least one year of college education completed.\nSystems & Technology\nProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nInterest in learning investment research software and project management tools.\nAbout Stifel\nStifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
