This role plays a key part in delivering complex configurations, maintaining system integrity, supporting DevOps release processes, and partnering with business stakeholders to optimize advisor and client workflows.\nWhat We're Looking For\nDesign and implement complex configurations including custom objects, flows, validation logic, dynamic forms, and Lightning components.\nEnhance FSC capabilities for households, financial accounts, relationship mapping, and client lifecycle management.\nSupport custom advisor dashboards, automation, and reporting frameworks.\nConfigure role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security to meet fiduciary and compliance standards.\nGather requirements from advisors, operations, and compliance teams.\nTranslate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations.\nRecommend process improvements aligned with FSC capabilities and platform best practices.\nSupport CI/CD processes (e.g., Copado or equivalent) for metadata deployment.\nManage sandbox strategy and coordinate testing cycles.\nValidate deployments and ensure change control compliance.\nMaintain data quality, duplicate management, and auditability controls.\nEnsure configurations meet regulatory and fiduciary obligations.\nSupport reporting needs for supervisory and compliance oversight.\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong knowledge of custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning apps.\nStrong knowledge of user management, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.\nStrong knowledge of validation rules, flows, workflow rules, and approval processes.\nAbility to build and maintain complex flows (record-triggered, screen flows).\nAbility to build and maintain reports and dashboards for different audiences.\nSolid understanding of data management, data loader, imports, exports, deduplication, and data hygiene.\nExperience supporting integrations or third-party apps.\nAble to troubleshoot issues independently and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce best practices around security and access control, change management (sandboxes, deployments, release notes), testing, and documentation.\nExperience supporting audits, data privacy, or compliance requirements is often a plus.\nAbility to work with sales leadership, frontline users, and IT/developers.\nAble to document processes and provide user training or support.\nEducation & Experience\nMinimum Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nMinimum Required: 2+ years Salesforce administration experience.\nLicenses & Credentials\nMinimum Required: Salesforce Administrator Certification.\nSystems & Technology\nExperience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or similar.\nAbout Stifel\nStifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
