They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze technical feasibility, and design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.\nWhat We're Looking For\nCollaborate with Business and Architects to elicit, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements.\nDevelop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing efforts.\nDesign and develop technical solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, Flows to meet business requirements.\nManage Salesforce data, including data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.\nAbility to clearly articulate the Salesforce Data model and objects/data security.\nDevelop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and system testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.\nWork closely with TA and Developers to support the implementation.\nProvide end-user training and support on Salesforce functionality and processes.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Salesforce, and recommend and implement enhancements.\nContinue to stay on top of the latest technologies and see how they can be applied to Stifel's needs throughout the organization.\nUses negotiation skills and techniques to obtain agreement between different interests, challenges management constructively, bringing different views into the open.\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nDeep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security model, and development best practices. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.\nProven ability to communicate information and ideas in spoken or written form so that others will understand.\nAbility to deal with ambiguity and rapid change.\nHighly self-motivated and delivery focused.\nDisplays awareness of the impact of actions on the business and demonstrates understanding of the context of the company and acts in line with it.\nEducation & Experience\nMinimum Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.\nMinimum Required: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development or administration, with a strong focus on technical analysis and solution design.\nLicenses & Credentials\nMinimum Required: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant\nPreferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I\nSystems & Technology\nGood knowledge to understand Apex, Aura, Visualforce, and LWC\nHigh-level proficiency with SOQL and Salesforce Data Load\nPrevious experience with Git (or other version control systems) and CI/CD\nExperience implementing testing platforms and unit tests\nCompensation Range\nSalary: USD $104,900.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
