The intern will assist with data analysis projects, document migration and organization, and other departmental initiatives while shadowing professionals across the Trust and Charitable teams. This internship provides an opportunity to develop analytical, organizational, and professional skills while learning how Stifel supports charitable programs, clients, financial advisors, and nonprofit organizations.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAssist with data analysis projects by gathering, organizing, reviewing, and summarizing information to support departmental initiatives.\nSupport the migration, organization, and validation of documents and records in accordance with established procedures.\nReview migrated documents and data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, and escalate discrepancies as appropriate.\nShadow professionals across the Trust and Charitable teams to develop an understanding of donor-advised funds, charitable planning, trust services and investments, program operations, grant compliance, accounting, and client support.\nAssist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, process documentation, and other project deliverables.\nSupport departmental projects involving operational processes, documentation, reporting, recordkeeping, or workflow improvements.\nCollaborate with team members to complete assignments, provide progress updates, and meet established deadlines.\nParticipate in team meetings, training opportunities, and informational sessions to build knowledge of Stifel Charitable and related business functions\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to learn new concepts and processes.\nEducation & Experience\nMinimum Required: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Nonprofit Management, Information Systems, or a related field.\nSystems & Technology\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to learn and use firm-approved Trust, Charitable, document-management, reporting, and collaboration systems.\nExperience organizing or analyzing data in Microsoft Excel is preferred.\nAbout Stifel\nStifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
