This role level will require a structured analysis of technical issues, translating this analysis into technical designs and development specifications. The Technical Architect-Salesforce oversees development within the platform, whether custom code, vendor package integration, or data integration. The Technical Architect-Salesforce will assist in all phases of the development process, including design, integration, and maintenance, while observing proper behaviors, patterns, and standards. This position will ensure that Stifel's coding practices are used in all development projects.\nWhat We're Looking For\nResponsible for developing in Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Lightning Aura, Visualforce, AngularJS, React, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.\nLead technical design sessions and write technical design documents.\nWork directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and present solutions.\nDemonstrate technical leadership, setting best practices, including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.\nManage technical scope and client expectations.\nDesign and develop integrations between applications and other systems as may be required.\nProvide hands-on expert-level assistance to developers for technical issues.\nOverseeing the development and implementation of programs.\nProviding technical leadership and support to software development teams.\nCommunicate system requirements to software development teams.\nEvaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.\nOversee assigned programs (e.g., conduct code review) and guide team members.\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong working knowledge of Salesforce platform out-of-the-box functionality along with Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.\nAbility to acquire new technical expertise quickly within the SFDC platform and related technologies, such as client-side scripting libraries and ETL/ESB integration tools.\nSolid understanding of developing mobile, hybrid, and/or native iOS/Android applications.\nAbility to follow Agile development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and production support.\nExperience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce.\nExperience designing or building Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.\nSolid knowledge of key B2B, B2C, and hybrid business model levers.\nSolid understanding of Agile development methodologies.\nSolid understanding of writing and consuming web services.\nExcellent communication skills, analyzing abilities, and management skills.\nAbility to multi-task to address multiple and often conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem resolution, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nEducation & Experience\nMinimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required.\nMinimum Required: 6+ years of experience administering or consulting with Salesforce.\nMinimum Required: 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce implementation in the Financial Service vertical and Investment Banking.\nLicenses & Credentials\nMinimum Required: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).\nCertified Platform Developer I (PDI) or equivalent experience.\nCertified Platform Developer II (PDII) or equivalent experience.\nSystems & Technology\nExperience with the following languages and programs:JavaScript Libraries/Frameworks (Angular, jQuery)\nSalesforce Sales Cloud\nLightning\nSOQL\nSQL\n\nCompensation Range\nSalary: USD $130,000.00/Yr. - USD $190,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position.
