Conducts audits, inspection plans, training, quality documentation, and control of nonconforming materials as well participate in root cause analysis for continuous process improvement. Ensures adherence to established safety standards and approved manufacturing practices for STI products.\nThis is aon-site role based out of our Burlington, NJ Warehouse & Manufacturing Facility.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAnalyze inspection and testing data to identify quality trends, failures, and areas for improvement.\nManage nonconforming materials and drive timely resolution of quality issues.\nMaintain accurate inspection, testing, and material disposition records.\nPerform inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.\nCoordinate inspection activities with suppliers and external vendors as needed.\nEvaluate and manage customer returns (RMAs) to support effective resolution and material disposition.\nMaintain material control and tracking within the ERP system to ensure inventory accuracy and visibility.\nDevelop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation; train personnel on quality processes.\nSupport internal and external audits, including audit preparation and compliance activities.\nMaintain the Quality Hold Area and ensure adherence to established quality requirements.\nOther duties assigned by management \nQualifications\nEducation\nAssociate degree \nExperience\n4-5 years of experience in Quality Control\nDirect Manufacturing Experience Required\nAdvanced skills with experience in MRP and Inventory systems.\nKnowledge of quality systems and industry standards\nFull familiarity with manual and automated measurement instrumentation is required. \nSkills\nAttention to detail and ability to develop and follow written procedures\nAbility to read specifications, labels, and work instructions\nStrong analytical and mathematical skills to detect patterns & predict trends.\nASQ or CQT certification a plus.\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)\nAt Specified Technologies Inc.
