You will work closely with contractors, distributors, and design professionals to promote STI’s firestop solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.\nThis is a fully remote role that requires frequent travel within theTennessee/Alabama market to support customers and drive sales activity.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCoordinate sales efforts on large projects. \nSet up and manage distribution of the company products.\nSustain a rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.\nConsistently identify new sources of business.\nMake effective presentations to a variety of audiences.\nArticulate ideas clearly and concisely to a diverse audience in a variety of settings.\nAble to meet and surpass sales goals.\nSelf-motivated, ability to work under minimal supervision.\nAbility to relate to customers’ requests and needs and deliver solutions.\nAvailable to travel as required throughout the region. \nAdditional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelors Degree in Business or Equivalent\nExperience\nMinimum 2 to 3 years outside sales experience. \nConstruction sales experience and understanding of the construction process is a plus but not required\nExperience with solution selling (preferred).\nSkills\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).\nExperience with CRM (Salesforce) platform \nStrong oral and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups.\nTeam-oriented mindset.\nDemonstrates professionalism, motivation, enthusiasm, energy, and integrity.\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)\nAt Specified Technologies Inc.
