This position reviews and maintains all manufacturing data and validates production in the operating systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConsistently knowledgeable and compliant with all Rules and Regulations. Follows company policies and state guidelines. \nCompiles, verifies accuracy, and sorts information according to priorities. \nTransfer data from paper and electronic files into a database system. \nSorts and organizes electronic files after entering data. \nMaintains files of source documents or other information relative to data entered. \nPerforms data-entry tasks, making tags and manifests. \nReviews data for deficiencies or errors. \nAudits Inventory Control Forms with METRC, Air Tabel and other internal data systems to identify discrepancies. \nEnsures proper classification and accuracy of inventory. \nAssists in or performs the filing and storage of security and backup data files. Retrieves data and reports from databases as requested. \nEnsures accuracy on all received orders. Identify and escalate any discrepancies to management. \nComplies with company commitments and objectives. \nMaintain highest standards of security and compliance by adhering to all receiving, quarantine, handling, and storage requirements in METRC and other databases.\nNote: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position. Technical expertise. \nStrong understanding of relevant databases. \nAbility to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately. \nMust be proficient in Microsoft & Google processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.). \nFast typing skills: 60 wpm \nWorking knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices. \nDetail oriented. Ability to think analytically. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environment to meet required deadlines. \nAbility to communicate effectively and conduct yourself professionally, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. \nHandles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. \nAbility to work overtime when required. \nCore Competencies:\nDocumentation & Data Integrity: Adheres to established procedures for data input and timeliness into designated systems/databases to ensure data accuracy and reliability. \nCommunication: Practices clear, concise, and timely communication to foster clarity, alignment, & trust. \nMonitoring: Implements feedback and reflects on relevant data to effectively evaluate progress towards goals. \nProblem Solving: Identifies opportunities for sound problem solving to ensure smooth flow of goods and services. \nTeamwork: Contributes to a culture of transparency & belonging that supports ownership towards shared goals. \nCustomer Focus: Builds exceptional customer experiences based on personalization, reliable service, & relationship building to maintain long-term customer loyalty. \nEducation & Experience:\nA minimum of 1-year previous data entry experience. \nProven experience as a METRC data entry clerk with a high degree of accuracy. \nPossesses working knowledge of subject matter. \nExperience with Warehouse Management System or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) necessary. \nMETRC knowledge required. \nHigh school degree or equivalent. \nAdditional Requirements:\nMust be over 21 years of age \nMETRC experience required. \nProlonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer. \nBe able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time. \nMust be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance \nMust be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities. \nMust be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist. \nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
