While the primary focus of this role is Distribution Associate, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.\nA Distribution Associate is an employee responsible for fulfilling orders and arranging outgoing packed orders for delivery. Their duties include interpreting sales orders and pulling the correct product, performing quality control assessments and stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging.\nSelf-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. \nFollow company picking/packing procedures. Ability to efficiently pull product(s) based on daily orders. \nEnsures order pick/count accuracy. \nMeets specifics set forth by supervisor(s) for all orders promptly. \nReports out any discrepancies or adjustments needed by the supervisor. \nUndertakes other duties which may arise or be delegated sometimes. \nHandles inventory with care and attention to detail. \nFollows good manufacturing practices and required work safety practices. \nOperates various pieces of equipment ie. Pallet Jack, pallet wrapper. \nMust be able to lift 50 pounds at times. \nStrong reading and communication skills. \nMaintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. \nPerforms work under direct supervision. \nHandles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. \nDiligent, Punctual and Ready to work! \nPerform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.\nAt STIIIZY, we believe in fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
