Maintains a perpetual inventory of material, equipment, supplies, and other general stock items within the distribution center. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively lead their team to daily demands to be met, without compromising the integrity of the company.\nRecords purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to office records, or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, internal transfers, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory levels. \nVerifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count. \nInvestigates and reports of reasons for discrepancies or adjustments needed by the manager. \nPrepares reports, such as inventory transfers, internal movements, and shortages. \nReceives, performs quality checks, and puts away goods. Re-stocks items as necessary. \nMay perform other routine clerical duties, including data entry and assisting associates. \nVerifying incoming freight and organizing inventory within the distribution center. \nArranging products and pallets with the direct and indirect labor workforce within specific areas of the warehouse; as well as maintaining inventory accuracy. \nCommunicates regularly with and in coordination with the management in assigning duties to crew members and examining work for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to SOP specifications. \nEnsures proper usage and rotation of inventory according to FIFO methodology. \nCommunicates any deviation, problems or missing product when unloading the trucks. \nPerforms warehouse audits and cycle counts. \nAssist in maintaining a safe and productive working environment. \nFacilitates management responsibilities with or without direct supervision. \nERP processing inventory transfers, performing adjustments, reconciling inventory movements, and performing audits. \nPerforming and analyzing METRC transfers and rejections. \nReview count stock items and record data manually into ERP Systems. \nPerforms work under minimal supervision. \nHandles complex issues and problems and refers only to the most complex issues to higher-level staff. \nProvides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. \nPerform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor. \nNote: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position. Problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent. \nAssociate degree preferred. \nExperience in a lead role preferred. \nERP experience is preferred. \n2-3 years working in a warehouse/inventory environment.\nOther Requirements:\nMust be over 21 years of age. \nAvailable for on-site operations Monday-Friday. \nWork revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. \nProlonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer. \nAble to stand up to 4 hours at a time. \nAbility to operate Reach Forklift and pallet jacks. \nAbility to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool. \nBe able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time. \nMust be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/orcarry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance. \nMust be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities. \nMust be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist. \nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
