The Retail Inventory Coordinator ensures the right product is in the right place, at the right time, without overstocking or creating dead inventory. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, this role blends analytical planning with real-time coordination and supplier management. This role requires a strong data-focused skill set, including high-volume data entry, Excel proficiency, and basic data analysis to support accurate inventory tracking and reporting. While the primary focus of this role is Retail Inventory Coordinator, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.\nThis position is a full-time role at $23.00/hour\nKey Responsibilities:\nAllocation & Inventory Management\nPlan and manage inventory allocation for promos, product launches, and seasonal pushes.\nDevelop and maintain replenishment schedules to balance supply and demand.\nCoordinate with distribution centers to ensure on-time delivery and in-stock performance.\nTrack competitor activity and market trends to refine inventory and allocation strategies.\nIdentify slow movers or overstock risks and recommend corrective actions.\nVendor Management & Procurement Support\nAct as the communication hub between vendors and internal departments.\nSupport vendor onboarding, ensuring documentation, compliance, and training are in place.\nManage vendor delivery timelines to align with internal demand forecasts and marketing calendars.\nEvaluate supplier performance using KPIs like on-time delivery, defect rates, and responsiveness.\nAssist the Procurement Manager in sourcing, contract negotiations, and renewals.\nProactively flag vendor risks or delays and support mitigation plans.\nCross-Functional Planning & Communication\nLead planning syncs between merchandising, operations, accounting, and marketing.\nMaintain project timelines and update stakeholders on key milestones.\nDocument planning assumptions, risks, and shifts in forecast.\nSupport strategic initiatives such as SKU rationalization, new product rollout, or store expansions.\nEnsure planning documents and trackers are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all relevant teams.\nPerforms work under direct supervision.\nHandles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.\nDiligent, Punctual and Ready to work!\nPerform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.\nAt STIIIZY, we believe in fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
