Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You Will Do in This Role:\nProvide EHS support for modernization, retrofit, and upgrade projects throughout North America.\nConduct site inspections, audits, safety observations, and risk assessments.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations, customer safety requirements, and Dematic EHS policies.\nReview and support Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permit processes, and safe work practices.\nDeliver safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding for employees and contractors.\nAssist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and reporting.\nCoach project teams on hazard recognition and risk mitigation.\nSupport contractor management programs and customer compliance platforms.\nPromote proactive safety initiatives, near-miss reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor's degree in environmental health & safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field\n\nMinimum 3 years of full-time construction safety management experience.\nBoard-certified safety credential from a nationally recognized organization such as CSP, CIH, ASP, or CHST\nMinimum 5 years of full-time construction safety management experience.\nCurrent OSHA 500 Trainer Certification\nMinimum 6 years of full-time construction safety management experience.\nOSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.\nExperience supporting industrial construction, automation, material handling, or conveyor installation projects.\nStrong working knowledge of fall protection, lockout/tagout, electrical safety, crane and rigging operations, confined space entry, and mobile elevated work platforms.\nExperience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and coaching
