Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, and experience,\nknowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat you will do in this role:\nLead, coordinate, and provide direction to all functions within the assigned team. \nApply professional judgment to evaluate and resolve sophisticated and less-defined operational and technical issues. \nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve sophisticated problems to ensure reliable equipment performance and continuous operations. \nEstablish effective workflows, job responsibilities, and reporting structures to improve the efficiency of the team. \nParticipate in the development of departmental budgets and business plans. \nEvaluate current methods and procedures and recommend improvements to improve operational efficiency. \nCommunicate recommended process and operational changes to the customer. \nIdentify resource requirements and develop appropriate business justifications. \nDiagnose and resolve sophisticated technical and functional challenges to support flawless facility operations. \nSupervise maintenance and operational performance and communicate key findings and recommendations to leadership and the customer. \nWhat We Are Looking For:\nAssociate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. \nMinimum of 5 years of experience in a directly related maintenance, automation, or material handling field \nBroad knowledge of maintenance, operations, and supervisory practices. \nDemonstrated experience directing, motivating, mentoring, and managing the performance of maintenance teams. \nProven track record to handle performance management and disciplinary matters. \nExperience with Allen-Bradley or equivalent PLC control platforms. \nKnowledge of DeviceNet, PROFIBUS, Ethernet, or equivalent industrial communication networks. \nStrong electrical troubleshooting skills, including wiring, AC power, AC motors, electrical drawings/schematics, and control panels. \nExperience with servo drives, PC controllers, DC power supplies, encoders, photo eyes, and other industrial devices. \nUnderstanding of automated machinery, preferably automated material handling systems. \nStrong mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience. \nKnowledge of Lean principles, including 4-Step Problem Solving, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications. \nAbility to assess and analyze equipment and team performance data. \nExperience supervising maintenance metrics, equipment faults, and operational data. \nAbility to develop reports, presentations, and communication materials to effectively communicate performance and operational issues. \nDemonstrated progression and success in the maintenance and operation of material handling
