Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You Will Do in This Role\nServe as the lead technical resource for troubleshooting and maintaining automated material handling systems, including electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotics, controls, and automation equipment. \nDrive rapid resolution of equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions. \nPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve reliability, uptime, and system performance. \nSupport and troubleshoot conveyors, sortation systems, drives, motors, sensors, scanners, networked controls, and other automation components. \nUtilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve equipment issues. \nCoordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize work based on safety, operational impact, and customer needs. \nSupport equipment installations, upgrades, commissioning, and capital projects. \nDevelop maintenance procedures, technical documentation, and standard work instructions. \nLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, efficiency, and throughput. \nMentor technicians, provide technical training, and collaborate with operations, engineering, vendors, and customers. \nMonitor KPIs such as uptime, PM compliance, throughput, and MTBF. \nEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and company standards. \nAct as a technical leader during emergencies, outages, and critical operational events. \nWhat We Are Looking For\nHigh school diploma required;
