Dormakaba(EXOS and B-COMM HCM) is currently being used in various countries, buthas been managed decentrallyand only by external partners so far. Dormakaba was recently added to the IT Global HR service portfolio, aiming to centralize management of the system set up and associated business processes, build up internal knowledge, professionalize vendor relationships etc. This role will drivethis process and the incorporation into our services application portfolio. The role will also act as the main point of contact for business and IT regarding Dormakabaand will provide key maintenance support going forward. (70%)\n\nThis role will also act as the Specialist for one other dedicated HR IT system - the specific system is still to be defined. Training will be provided. (30%)\n\nTasks and Qualifications:\nAccountabilities:\nAct asDormakabaSpecialist (70%)\n\nSupportestablishingan international support framework for Dormakabawith clear roles and responsibilities on business, ITand external side - leveragingglobal and local stakeholders\n\nDocument the setup of our differentDormakabainstances,identifyareas of optimization and harmonization and work with stakeholders to realize these goals\n\nLead the design and delivery of newDormakabasolutionsandchanges to existing configurations\n\nAct as 1stand 2ndlevel support for end users\n\nRun, maintainand monitor the Dormakabainstances, and complete upgrades as appropriate\n\nSupport integrations to global and local systems, like Workday and SAP\n\nEnsure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements\n\nEnsure all processes are completedin alignment with Global IT standards and governance.\n\nCreate and maintaintechnical documentation, including solution design documents, functional specifications, test plans, and cutover activities according to IT Governance standards\n\nAct asSpecialist for other HR IT system (30%)\n\nExact system to be defined, e.g. Qualtrics orWalkMe\n\nPerform 1stlevel support activitiesandparticipatein system-relatedprojectsaftertraining\n\nUnderstand functional requirements andimplement these, while following internal IT Governance processes\n\nRequired core competencies and skill sets:\nStrong problem solving and analytical skills\n\nExcellent communication and intercultural skills that allow smooth collaboration with the business, incl. coordination aroundsystem administration, following up on to dos, timelines etc.\n\nBusiness Analyst mindset to understand the internal customer’s requirements and find the best solution for them\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nWillingness to dive into and learn new systems\n\nExperience in working in an international environment\n\nExperience:\nBachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration,Computer Science,InformationSystemsor a related field, or with several years ofrelevantprofessional experience\n\nApprox.3years
