Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You Will Do In This Role:\nActively leads safety, scope, quality, time schedule, budget, risks and opportunities for the projects in area of responsibility.\n\nDirectly responsible for leadership, management, and supervision of the installation projects.\n\nPlans, coordinates, and directs large sophisticated projects. Must be able to make quick decisions on complex project issues and provide follow through.\n\nSafety - Must be very safety conscious and provide overall project safety leadership.\n\nQuality - Focuses the team on high quality installations - install right the first time\n\nDelivery - Plan & Manage installation schedule in collaboration with Project Management.\n\nCost - Provide monthly bottom-up EAC forecast and Earned Value Tracking.\n\nPeople - Actively manage project resources and provide feedback to the Resource Team.\n\nResponsible for reviewing project documents, plans and specifications, directing installation activities, resolving construction difficulties, coordinating field installations, project close-outs, and developing and/or maintaining customer/client relationships.\n\nComprehensive understanding of drawings, mark & unit summaries and Dematic’s Installation Standards.\n\nLay out project work and ensure that materials, tools, equipment, etc. are scheduled in a timely manner to meet scope, budget, and project construction schedules.\n\nAll responsibilities to be accomplished within standard operating procedures, project costs, time constraints, and quality standards.\n\nPerforms regular performance evaluations of resources to support the development of individuals reporting to the Resource Team.\n\nAssists with routine equipment trial runs to ensure that it meets specifications and ensure equipment is installed to Dematic standards.\n\nProvide additional assistance with training of subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other MHE equipment.\n\nProvides direction for all installation site personnel. Provides guidance and direction for daily Site Coordinator activities.\n\nThis is What we are Looking For:\nAbility to travel 80% of the time.\n\nOSHA training or certificate preferred\n\nPhysically able to traverse construction site environments\n\nBi-lingual, English and Spanish\n\nProficient in Microsoft Power Point and able to navigate MS Project\n\nProject Management Training or knowledge of Project Management Methodologies\n\nKnowledge of Lean Guiding Principles\n\nWorking experience with material handling equipment preferred, but not required.\n\nMust be willing to travel on short notice and spend up to 80% of the time traveling.
