Compensation will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement, namely the CBA \"Metalmeccanico Industria\".\nFinal compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills\nTasks and Qualifications:\nResponsabilities:\nPower of attorney for safe execution of the projects in his/her area of competency\nDisciplinary & professional management of the team MU Site Managers\nEnsuring / continuous improvement of quality in assembly\nEnsuring know-how transfer between the various construction sites\nDocumentation of assembly problems & ensuring that information is fed back to our quality department or product management\nCross-project escalation management as well as personnel deployment planning & capacity planning\nCross-project assurance of project execution in terms of quality, deadlines and costs\nCross-project reporting on the current status of work in the project\nContinuous improvement processes & with the adjacent departments\nMain contact person for the adjacent departments for cross-project topics\nContinuous training of the team & ensuring compliance with our standards\nSales support to validate the estimations for upcoming projects\nFinancial forecast related the internal resources and external services.
