Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You Will Do in this Role:\nProject Initiation / Integration:\nManage small, straightforward projects through the full project lifecycle-from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closeout-ensuring timely task completion, accurate documentation, and clear stakeholder communication.\nManage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks, documentation, and stakeholder communication.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, utilizing project management best practices.\nEnsure adherence to project management methodologies and standards, contributing to process improvement and consistency.\nProject Schedule and Resource Management:\nDevelop and maintain a collaborative project schedule that aligns with our contractual obligations.\nDevelop and maintain a collaborative project resource plan that aligns with our approved budget and meets contractual schedule requirements.\nOversee project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.\nMonitor project progress against the plan, proactively identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.\nStakeholder and Communication Management:\nCoordinate project activities across different teams and departments, fostering collaboration and effective communication.\nLead project team meetings, documenting meeting minutes (including key decisions and follow-up items), and track action items to closure, ensuring accountability and timely completion.\nPrepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.\nCommunicate project updates, risks, and issues to the project team and management promptly and effectively.\nMaintain project documentation (e.g., plans, schedules, reports, meeting minutes) and ensure it is readily accessible to stakeholders.\nNegotiations and Contract Management:\nTrack contract deliverables and milestones to ensure vendor compliance.\nAssist with processing invoices and tracking payments related to contracts.\nMaintain organized records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.\nSupport the Project Manager in reviewing vendor proposals and contracts for accuracy and completeness.\nCost and Financial Management:\nAssist in tracking project expenses against the approved budget.\nHelp prepare budget reports and variance analysis, identifying potential cost overruns.\nGather data for forecasting project costs and resource needs.\nSupport the Project Manager in implementing cost-saving measures.\nMaintain accurate records of all project-related financial transactions.\nRisk Mgt & Problem Solving:\nAssist in the management of project risks and issues, escalating to Management as necessary.\nCreate and maintain risk management plans, including risk identification, assessment, response planning, and monitoring.\nProactively identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely and effective manner, minimizing impact on project deliverables.\nWhat We are Looking For:\nSkills & Capabilities\nSolid understanding of project management methodologies.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.\nProactive, shows initiative and has a high sense of urgency, consistently striving to improve project outcomes.\nProven ability to identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely and effective manner, minimizing impact on project deliverables.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others to achieve common goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.\nMeticulous attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality project deliverables.\nProficient in using project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Command Center, etc.).\nExperience Desired\nMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management or a related field.\nExperience managing projects of moderate complexity and scope.\nExperience leading project teams and coordinating project activities across different departments.\nProficiency in using project management software and tools.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\nTravel: Up to 40% travel may be required to support project execution. \nEducation & Certifications\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration).\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.\nRelevant coursework in Project Management and or experience can substitute a Project Management
