Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You'll Do\nPerform incoming, in-process, first-piece, and final inspections to verify products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.\nDocument inspection results and manage quality-related transactions, product disposition activities, and inventory holds within SAP.\nMaintain calibration programs for measurement equipment and coordinate calibration and repair activities with service providers.\nInvestigate nonconforming materials, work with suppliers on returns and corrective actions, and support resolution of quality issues.\nCollaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality teams to minimize production disruptions and improve product quality.\nSupport PPAP activities, AGV pre-shipment inspections, internal audits, and ISO 9001 compliance requirements.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, problem-solving, and support of quality improvement projects.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nPrevious experience in a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or similar role within a manufacturing, industrial, automation, or distribution environment preferred.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.\nExperience using precision measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and related inspection equipment.\nWorking knowledge of SAP and quality management processes preferred.\nUnderstanding of AIAG quality tools, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement principles.\nStrong analytical, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team
