Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. \nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You Will Do In This Role:\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.\nParticipate and lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather and document requirements.\nAnalyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.\nDevelop business cases, process flows, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.\nAssess business impact, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.\nSupport testing strategies, user acceptance testing, and solution validation activities.\nDesign end-to-end business and system solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards.\nTranslate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.\nDefine integration strategies, data flows, system interactions, and application architecture.\nCollaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to ensure solution feasibility.\nEvaluate technology options and provide recommendations based on business value and technical fit.\nEnsure scalability, maintainability, security, and performance are incorporated into solution designs.\nMaintain active communications with business users and stakeholders to manage expectations regarding changes to the system and the introduction of new and enhanced functionality.\nEvaluate and identify solutions to technical issues with application systems.\nSupport other applications as required (ie AutoCAD, ePlan, etc).\nSupport development of global digital thread strategy to connect R&D, product design, solution development, engineering, manufacturing, installation, and customer service processes and toolsets.\nAnalyze and define requirements supporting end-to-end traceability from product definition through deployment and lifecycle support.\nDefine and implement solution architecture that enables seamless integration across Teamcenter, Design Center, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.\nDesign and govern end-to-end product data flows across PLM, ERP, and engineering platforms, ensuring seamless integration of product structures, BOMs, costing data, and lifecycle information.\nDefine requirements for handling standard products, configurable products, third-party resale items, and project-specific materials.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Applications, or related disciplines.\nExperience with Siemens Teamcenter, NX, Design Center, PLM platforms, and engineering data management solutions.\nExperience with SAP integration and engineering to manufacture business processes.\nExperience leading requirements gathering and solution design for complex business initiatives.\nExperience working with cross-functional global teams.\nProven track record delivering enterprise-scale business and technology solutions.\nBusiness process modeling and process improvement methodologies.\nRequirements management and documentation.\nSystems integration and application architecture.\nData modeling and information flow design.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
