Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. \n\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You Will Do In This Role:\nLead customer software programs from planning through deployment, stabilization, enhancement, and lifecycle support. \nCreate and maintain integrated software delivery roadmaps, milestone plans, release schedules, dependency maps, stabilization plans, and decision logs. \nCoordinate software development, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, production support, and defect remediation across multiple technical teams. \nLead recurring customer steering committees, program reviews, technical planning sessions, and status meetings. \nProvide clear, accurate, and timely communication regarding delivery status, risks, issues, release readiness, decisions, and corrective actions. \nManage customer expectations and facilitate prioritization of defects, enhancements, performance improvements, and modernization initiatives. \nCoordinate release readiness reviews, implementation planning, change windows, validation plans, rollback considerations, and post-deployment support. \nDrive resolution of production defects and performance issues by engaging the appropriate development, engineering, infrastructure, project, and service resources. \nManage enhancement intake and definition;
