training.”\nTasks and Qualifications:\nKey Responsibilities:\nTo comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times\n\nEnsure H&S Systems and processes are managed and adhered to\n\nAccountable for planning, execution and monitoring of the maintenance plan.\n\nCarry out AMHE equipment servicing in accordance with the quality standards and time schedules as set out in the equipment manuals.\n\nEnsure CMMS adoption to accurately record all work undertaken and generate reports.\n\nLead and manager team of maintenance technicians & shift pattern\n\nMonitor site inventory.\n\nUndertake scheduled repairs in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices.\n\nDiagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults and subsequent repairs with the support of Service Technical Assistance dept.\n\nTo ensure quality of output at all times\n\nInvolvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities\n\nTo represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relations.\n\nTo adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company.\n\nEvaluate risks of overdue maintenance and change management/prioritization of a new maintenance plan\n\nEnsure to main control of the costs to execute the maintenance program.\n\nDefine the lists of required tool & ppe for his/her personnel.\n\nDetermine the required spares for the planned and/or unplanned outages.\n\nWrite up periodical reports about the service activities.\n\nOversee the recruitment, training and development of all Dematic Resident Site based employees.\n\nShort-, medium- and long-term capacity and capability management\n\nAnnual appraisal of direct reports\n\nDesired Experience:\nTo have a good understanding of automatic systems.\n\nA working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic technical manuals & drawings\n\nGood understanding of PLC equipment\n\nWorking at height\n\nFirst Aid trained\n\nPrevious experience of working with various conveyor systems\n\nPC literacy\n\nUnderstanding of pre-preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules\n\nPrevious experience in team management / leading teams preferable\n\nKnowledge of applicable Health and Safety
