Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\n\nProven ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a strong attention to detail\n\nExperience in creating professional presentations and documentation\n\nStrong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights\n\nProficient written and verbal communication skills in German & English\n\nProficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)\n\nA proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in project management within a creative industry, ideally gaming or entertainment\n\nFamiliarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana\n\nKnowledge of gaming industry trends and an understanding of game production workflow\n\nAbility to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate between diverse stakeholders\n\nExperience in supporting senior leadership or managing smaller projects\n\nBasic knowledge of process improvement techniques or methodologies (e.g., Lean,
