Your main goals are to drive sales, ensure store profitability, provide an exceptional customer experience that’s true to the Stio brand, and build new customer acquisition. You are responsible for supporting budget objectives for both revenue and operating expenses. You will help oversee operational procedures, sales and merchandising efforts. You help lead the store staff and share responsibility for hiring and training seasonal team members, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service in your store. You will foster a culture of trust, accountability and excellence amongst the staff, ensure a strong working knowledge of Stio products and implement best practices in the areas of customer engagement, operations and visual merchandising.\nThe ASM reports to the Mountain Studio Manager (Store Manager).\nThis role is performed in our Mountain Studio location. The Mountain Studio Associate Manager must live within a reasonable commute of the Boulder Mountain Studio.\nYOUR SKILLS\nThe ASM is a self-starter with exceptional customer experience, organizational and leadership skills. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of guiding staff members with a wide array of experience and abilities to success. You are team-oriented, comfortable with multi-faceted responsibilities, and able to maintain a positive attitude in the workplace. The ASM supports training for hourly and seasonal employees and works alongside the team to elevate customer experience and drive sales in their location.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nAs Associate Store Manager, you will manage the details of the retail store including but not limited to hiring, training and coaching retail staff, inventory management through receiving, selling and merchandising, and driving sales.
