We strive for inclusion at Stio and in our local and national communities.\nYOUR ROLE\nThe Product Line Manager - Apparel (PLM) at Stio® executes seasonal product commercialization, line plan management & go-to-market communication for assigned categories within the mountain apparel line. The PLM translates market intelligence, sales data & consumer insights into line plan recommendations that support revenue growth, margin targets & assortment efficiency.\nThe PLM manages the seasonal line plan in Centric, maintaining data integrity & information flow from line plan to forecasting, demand planning & marketing. The PLM builds product briefs, develops GTM presentation materials & communicates product positioning, features & end use to cross-functional partners. The PLM has key accountabilities in seasonal timeline adherence, MSRP validation, margin proposal development & cross-departmental asset creation.\nThe PLM partners with Design on product architecture & aesthetic direction, with Development on product execution & timeline coordination, with Merchandising on assortment alignment & channel needs, and with Marketing on go-to-market positioning & storytelling.The PLM reports to the Product Line Director; Domestic travel required 30% of the year.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nAnalyze industry data & consumer insights to identify opportunities by gender, category & price\nCreate & maintain seasonal line plans aligned to financial, efficiency & positioning objectives\nWrite & present seasonal product briefs within Stio’s product creation framework\nOwn line plan execution in Centric; maintain data integrity & forecasting flow\nDevelop style efficiency recommendations to improve key business drivers\nBuild & maintain cross-departmental assets for product range communication\nSummarize seasonal GTM initiatives; align supporting styles with Marketing & Development\nDeliver product presentations at GTM milestones for internal stakeholders\nPropose & validate MSRP architecture per line plan, market value & margin targets\nValidate target margin proposals per financial guidance, COGS & market value\nPartner with Marketing on positioning & storytelling through line dives & GTM reviews\nCoordinate with Development on seasonal timeline status & milestone deadlines\nCommunicate product updates & expectations to cross-functional partners\nYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, apparel design, or related field\n3 to 5 years of product creation experience in outdoor, apparel, or accessories\nDemonstrated understanding of the end-to-end product creation process & market landscape\nExperience building & presenting line plans, product briefs & GTM materials\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google products & Adobe Creative Suite\nPLM system experience required; Centric experience a plus\nEffective visual & verbal communication with experience influencing cross-functional decisions\nTHE FINE PRINT\nMedical, Dental Vision plans\nCompany Paid Long Term Disability\nEmployee Assistance Programs\n401k with Match\nGenerous paid time off policies\nGear test, perks and more\nWe provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000.
