The candidate will be responsible for ensuring infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence while supporting business-critical applications and services.\n\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: \n\nCloud Infrastructure Management: \nDesign, deploy, and manage infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.\nBuild and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments.\nConfigure cloud networking, storage, compute, and security services.\nSupport cloud migration and modernisation initiatives.\n\nHybrid Cloud and Datacenter Operations: \nManage hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premise infrastructure with cloud platforms.\nSupport infrastructure capacity planning, performance optimisation, and resource utilisation.\nEnsure business continuity through high availability and disaster recovery solutions.\nCollaborate with internal teams and vendors for infrastructure upgrades and maintenance.\n\nVirtualisation and Platform Management: \nAdminister virtualisation platforms such as VMware vSphere, ESXi, Hyper-V, or similar technologies.\nManage virtual machine provisioning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.\nImplement virtualised networking and storage solutions.\nSupport server consolidation and virtualisation initiatives.\n\nInfrastructure Automation: \nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.\nWork with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.\nDevelop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.\n\nMonitoring and Incident Management: \nMonitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance.\nTroubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.\nImplement proactive monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.\nEnsure compliance with operational and security standards.\n\nSecurity and Compliance: \nImplement cloud security best practices.\nManage IAM, access controls, encryption, and network security.\nSupport infrastructure audits and compliance requirements.\nMaintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.\n\nRequirements: \nExperience working in FinTech, SaaS, Product-Based, or Enterprise organizations.\nExposure to Kubernetes and container platforms.\nExperience with hybrid cloud environments.\nCloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nUnderstanding of security and compliance frameworks.\nRequired Skills: Cloud Platforms, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nVirtualisation Technologies: VMware vSphere, ESXi, Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Administration.\nInfrastructure and Networking: VPC / VNET, VPN, Load Balancers, DNS, Firewalls, Network Security.\nAutomation and DevOps: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Shell Scripting / Python.\nMonitoring Tools: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Monitoring, Grafana / Prometheus.\nOperating Systems: Linux, Windows Server.\nSkills\nAWS, Ansible, Azure, CloudFormation, ESXi, GCP, Google Cloud Platform, Hyper-V, Terraform,
