As an Inventory Control Group Leader, you will own inventory accuracy, integrity, and availability within the fulfillment center, ensuring product is available for styling and shipment while protecting financial accuracy.\nThis role serves as the site expert for inventory control, partnering with Warehouse Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Systems, and HQ Inventory Control to improve inventory health, reduce shrink, and strengthen inventory processes. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas.
