The Program TopStitch is our early-career developmental program at Stitch, built to develop a new generation of AI-enabled young professionals. You'll join a select group of just 2-3 high-caliber peers and move through a structured curriculum before applying what you've learned to real client accounts across some of the most exciting name brands in the world. The program begins with four weeks of intensive onboarding - deep, focused curriculum learning covering Stitch, the martech ecosystem, and our very own AI tooling, frameworks, and platforms.
