We’re looking for software engineers to help us:\nMaintain the most ergonomic harness, tooling, and information sources for agents to solve enterprise problems.\n\nScale our agents' infrastructure to support millions of users.\n\nDefine the user experience of doing enterprise work with agents.\n\nEvaluate performance, optimize models, and ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of agent systems.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMinimum 2 years of software development experience\n\nCuriosity about the latest AI industry trends\n\nWhat Makes Candidates Stand Out\nDeep knowledge of agent harnesses and tooling.\n\nMeasurement experts: knowing how to evaluate and optimize agents.\n\nExperience scaling multi tenant software systems.\n\nA relentlessly customer-focused mindset.
