Working closely with Senior Designers and the Marketing team, you will design digital assets for campaigns, promotions, social media and our websites. Every design should engage our audience and stay true to the brand. This role is a strong opportunity to build your skills in a fast-paced, growing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDigital marketing design: Create on-brand display ads, email templates, landing pages, website banners and campaign graphics.\n\nBrand consistency: Apply brand guidelines so every channel has the same visual identity.\n\nCampaign and promotion support: Turn campaign goals into visuals for game launches, bonuses, tournaments, seasonal promotions and affiliate materials.\n\nSocial media content: Design engaging graphics optimised for each platform, including Facebook, Instagram and X.\n\nWeb and mobile assets: Design banners, icons, buttons and interface elements that work well on desktop and mobile.\n\nPaid ad design: Produce ads for Google, Meta and affiliate networks, following size specifications and best practices for conversion.\n\nFile management: Label, store and deliver design files in the correct formats for campaigns and web use.\n\nTrends and research: Keep up with design trends, tools and competitor creative in the iGaming industry.\n\nRequirements\n\nA degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience\n\nAt least 1 year of graphic design experience (professional, freelance or internship)\n\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software\n\nA strong grasp of digital design, ,colour, layout and web/mobile optimisation\n\nExperience creating social media and branded content\n\nStrong attention to detail and a good eye for design\n\nA collaborative team player who communicates well and welcomes feedback\n\nAdvantageous\n\nExperience in iGaming or sports betting, and an understanding of its audiences\n\nMotion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)\n\nBasic UI/UX knowledge and familiarity with HTML/CSS\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nA competitive salary and benefits package\n\nA role in a dynamic, fast-growing sector\n\nA collaborative, innovative workplace that invests in talent development\n\nMentoring from Senior Designers and clear opportunities to grow\n\nBring your talents to our table.
