Our technology starts with you.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for customers and distribution in the designated Southeast, USA markets. \nResponsible for contacting/visiting existing and/or prospective customers or ST’s franchised distribution branches and branches customers with/without sales people employed by those branches and motivating those branches to increase sales of ST.\nAbility to develop relationships with customers or with distribution branches and branches customers. \nResponsible for generating increased revenue in the designated Southeast, USA markets. \nDevelops business relations by promoting ST image and products.\nImplements sales strategy and ensures customer satisfaction. \nContributes to the development of the sales figure and sales/budget/market share of accounts. \nObserves and participates in presenting products and services that can benefit customer’s needs. \nManages new projects being developed with both the customers and product divisions and identifies new directions for partnership with his/her customers (including under penetrated customers and focus customers) in collaboration with the Product Marketing/Applications Engineering teams. \nResponsible for generating and maintaining an Executive Summary Profile of the focus customers in the designated Southeast, USA markets which demonstrate a complete understanding of the customers end market, key managers/personnel as well as SAM/TAM/BILLINGS/BOOKINGS. \nDemonstrates knowledge of STMicroelectronics entire product line; may have more in depth knowledge on a subset of products or services. \nResponsible for all aspects of quality; in work, processes, products, and results. \nMay perform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBS degree required; BSEE preferred.\nMinimum 5 years of related sales experience.\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and human relations skills.\nGeneral computer proficiency.\nData analysis skills.\nDemonstrated initiative and self-motivation.\nTeam-oriented attitude and collaborative behavior.\nFundamental business knowledge and acumen.\nSales channel knowledge.\nLeadership and influencing skills.\nAt STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.\nThe base annual salary range for this role is between $117,900 - $147,400 USD\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
