Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nTo work as AME (Assistant Maintenance Engineer) to ensure reliability, availability, and optimal performance of specialized production equipment \nPlan and execute preventive, corrective, and preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime\nLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures and recurring technical issues\nMonitor and optimize machine performance, industrial parameters and maintenance efficiency \nCoordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and productivity\nAnalyze maintenance data and recommend continuous improvement initiatives for process and equipment enhancement\nSupport equipment upgrades, modifications, installation and commissioning activities\nDevelop and maintain maintenance procedure, checklist, and technical documentation\nEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards during all maintenance activities\nSupport spare parts management, vendor coordination and maintenance activities\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nAt least 5 years of working experience in equipment maintenance within manufacturing, semiconductor, automation or industrial environments \nPrevious experience of preventive and corrective maintenance on Dainippon Screen Equipment (DNS200W, DNS90B,DNS60A and 80A), Canon Exposure Equipment (Canon 2500 Series, 3000 Series - IW,I4,I5, DUV and Scanner), ASML 60/100/250 Series line)\nDegree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, industrial Engineering or related disciplines \nStrong knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance methodologies\nExperience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automation systems\nFamiliarity with PLC system, industrial sensors, motors, drivers and industrial control systems\nExperience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies such as lean, 5 Why or Fishbone analysis\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics and equipment manuals \nStrong analytic, problem-solving and decision-making skills\nGood communication and stakeholder coordination skill in a fast-paced manufacturing environment \nWillingness to support 12HR shift work, standby duties or overtime when required\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
